Please note that when you cancel the booking due to personal reasons, cancellation fee will be applied as follows. (Cancellation policy will vary depending on hotels.)

Terms of Cancellation : Sino House Phuket Hotel and Apartment

HIGH SEASON 3 (04/Jan/2012 - 31/Mar/2012)

No later than 10 days prior to arrival date THB 500

Later than 9 days prior to arrival date 1 night's room charge

Later than 5 days prior to arrival date 100% of total amount

Shortening stay after arrival 100% of total amount

* If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy and refund the balance to you. (Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.)

* Should the booking be cancelled by the hotel, a full refund of your payment will be made. However, we are not responsible for any other charges such as traveling expenses.

* If your payment is by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate.
