Terms of Cancellation : First Residence Boutique Hotel

HIGH SEASON 1 (11/Jan/2012 - 29/Feb/2012)

No later than 18 days prior to arrival date THB 500

Later than 17 days prior to arrival date 1 night's room charge

Shortening stay after arrival 100% of total amount

SHOULDER SEASON 1 (01/Mar/2012 - 15/Apr/2012)

No later than 18 days prior to arrival date THB 500

Later than 17 days prior to arrival date 1 night's room charge

Shortening stay after arrival 100% of total amount

GREEN SEASON 2 (16/Apr/2012 - 20/Jul/2012)

No later than 18 days prior to arrival date THB 500

Later than 17 days prior to arrival date 1 night's room charge

Shortening stay after arrival 100% of total amount

* If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy and refund the balance to you. (Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.)

* Should the booking be cancelled by the hotel, a full refund of your payment will be made. However, we are not responsible for any other charges such as traveling expenses.

* If your payment is by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate.
