LOW SEASON 1

No later than 10 days prior to arrival dateTHB 500

Early Departure 100% of total amount

HIGH SEASON 1

No later than 24 days prior to arrival dateTHB 500

Later than 23 days prior to arrival date300% of 1 night's room charge

Early Departure 100% of total amount

LOW SEASON 2

No later than 10 days prior to arrival dateTHB 500

Later than 9 days prior to arrival date1 night's room charge

Early Departure 100% of total amount

* If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy and refund the balance to you. (Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.)
* Should the booking be cancelled by the hotel, a full refund of your payment will be made. However, we are not responsible for any other charges such as traveling expenses.
* If your payment is by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate.
